Crock Pot Pork and Sauerkraut

Ingredients:
  • 3 – 3 1/2 lb. pork roast (frozen)
  • 32 oz. jar/bag  sauerkraut

Directions:

  • Place entire jar of sauerkraut in bottom of crock pot.
  • Place pork roast on top of sauerkraut. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place lid on top of crock pot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
