Pepperoni Rolls

1  one-pound bag of Trader Joe’s pizza dough

8 oz. mozzerella cheese, shredded

3 oz. pepperoni

corn meal for spreading dough

Pour a handful of cornmeal onto your work surface. Spread the pizza dough as if you were making pizza. Place the cheese over the dough. Next, layer the pepperoni over the cheese. I put the pepperoni very close together. You want it to be covered with the meat. If you don’t put enough pepperoni, it will seem to disappear when the bread bakes. Roll the dough into a log. Pinch each end so cheese will not escape when it melts. Bake the log in a 375 degree oven for approximately 25-30 minutes. Cool before serving.
