Barbecue Chicken Nachos



2-3 cups tortilla chips {3 good handfuls}
1 cup chopped rotisserie chicken
1/2 cup bbq sauce, divided
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese, or any cheese you have
any desired toppings, such as sliced green onion, cooked bacon, chopped cilantro or pepperoncini peppers

Preparation Instructions:
Preheat oven to broil. Line baking sheet in a single layer of tortilla chips. In a small bowl, stir chopped chicken with 1/4 cup BBQ sauce or more to moisten. Microwave 1 minute to warm chicken thoroughly. Spoon chicken overtop chips evenly and drizzle remaining BBQ sauce over chicken. Top with shredded cheese. Broil until cheese is completely melted. Remove from oven and top with any desired toppings. Serve immediately with more BBQ sauce and/or sour cream.
